What do you need to use the service?
To use this service will not need to buy anything, or have phone cards, or download programs, change of operator or to register anywhere. The national call invoices to the telephone from which you make the call either. The invoice will appear along with all calls to 902 numbers. Will not reflected as an international call.
How is it possible that the calls are so cheap?
International calls are expensive because they require agreements between mobile operators in different countries, in most cases using limited resources and outdated. However, IP telephony phone calls travel over the Internet instead of phone lines does not require expensive telephone interconnection agreements or having to pay fees to each operator for which the call is diverted to reach its final destination.
